I am trying to journal. Tuesday my psychotherapist asked me to do that so we can chart my manic and my depressive days and when they change. She thinks I'm mixed state Bipolar 2. Today I'm down and feeling quite hopeless. I was good yesterday morning but one of my co-workers placed a character attack on me and it was a trigger and I set off into this whole programmed dialoge in my head that sent me down into this depressed state I guess. I've included the trigger conversation below as part of my journaling. I am still very upset about this.
Carolyn (3:39:07 PM): I walked by over there about 1/2 an hour ago or so and heard her telling someone on the phone that she had little time for chit chat......lol i almost laughed out loud, cause that is all she does. then heard john telling a customer about being raised in foster homes....do they have no pride in what they talk about?
Tizzy (3:39:55 PM): Carolyn did you mean to send me this?

Carolyn (3:47:30 PM): it was a joke did you not get the cartoon thing i sent before it?
Tizzy (4:22:14 PM): Carolyn it was not a joke. I am very dissappointed in the above statements. This is a place of work and we need to be supportive of one another. I am very dissappointed but I do forgive you.
Carolyn(4:27:41 PM): Jen, there was a whole cartoon scenario that I wrote before it with customer interactions and I only sent it to you, why would I send something to you that was mean, I've never said anything mean to you. I don't know what happened to the first part of it, it was there. I do apologize that you only saw the 2nd half of it for that I am sorry. And I do support everyone here.
