Last night I went to work. There isa female manager named Terri and she snapped at me badly. First, she snapped at me because I wanted to take a break doing my shift but apparently it was a rush, no one was there and I need a break. So I had to go back down and I never got a break and I was at podium so I was not able to have anything to eat or drink. Then when she came down to the floor I asked her what times are the rushes take place and she just kept walking and yelled it to me from across the lobby. Lastly, and this was the worst, I went up to the office to her and told her that the closer said it was ok to leave and she told me to go back down and have me radio up to her from there, I asked if I could simply radio from the office and she nastily told me no go all the way back down. I think that she didn't realize I still had my radio turned on and on me because I heard her call down to the closer and make sure that I did my job completely and to check everything. I don't understand why she picked me out of the entire group... I recently received an email from one of the managers telling me that he and other managers enjoy my positive and cooperative attitude at work. This tells me that I'm not doing something wrong in the opinions of other managers. So now I am anxious and afraid to go back in there to work. My psyche has been crush by what she has done with her negative and condescending attitude. We are supposed to be a team and she contributes nothing to that mentality.
