I think that I may at times be intimidated by the new employees that come into the theatre. I think that they are going to take the spot light away from me and all I am trying to do is become a manager or a leader. I know that I need to move through the proper channels and so that in an appropriate manner. One of the managers were able to do this within 9 months. I have been there for about a month, so I still have plenty to do. The one role that I am really not looking forward to is serving. I don't like to be in that position. I think it is the ordering and the paying and tips. Speaking of that I do need to go to TIPS training.
 
I learned that most of the males at the theatre are gay. I am curious to know if Julian is. He is a finny and odd individual, I think he is 22 and he does not like to see the staff outside of work. But, if he was gay I think that he might be a good match. He's a funny kid, and a good person and has been working for Landmark for long enough to be trained in both projection and box. I hope I get there soon. THe staff went boiling at 10pm last night and I was just too tired to go. I had work to do and I didn't want to drive all the way down there. I am sure I'll hear all about what I missed today when i go into work. I hope I didn't miss something awesome. I guess I'll find out soon. Oh well maybe I will catch the next one. I got to sleep in today until about 9am and then I could not stay asleep or in bed, just too agitated I suppose. 
 
I like taking the retiling because it gives me energy and more of a kick to perform more in school and at work. but it makes me anxious and fidgety and I lose my appetite so I just keep going with out nourishment. I don't know if this is healthy...
 
I gotta get back to work.
