I have journaled and continue to journal for therapy and I suppose to offer some rehabilitation from my situation. I enjoy getting comments form others, I know we all have opinions, suggestions and advice to give to each other. I used to get great comments and what not, but I don't know if my readers have begun to stop reading or just simply stopped commenting on the entries. I comment on the journals of others sometimes, but a lot of people don't submit journal entires as frequently as I do.

It's Friday morning and I am feeling a little better, yet I can still feel this withdrawal effects. I have anti nausea meds and I have immatrex but I am running low on both so I simply called my doctor's assistant for refills and she has not contacted me back, but it is still early so I am not going to panic. My mom was up all night with the puppy so she went back to bed and put me on puppy patrol for the time being. I don't know how long she is going to be sleeping, but I'd like to get out of the house and do somethings before the weekend come in. I woke up and there was finally some snow and there are still some flurries around.

I am growing more and more curious about a future in psychology. I never though that I would be interested in that topic, especially since I hated my college intro to psychology class and I dropped it. However, I have registered for it and another psych class this next semester. I am pretty excited about it. Though, I am taking five courses and I have not done that since I was a freshman in college. I know that most people take five courses all the way through, but I was an RA and president of the student body, so there were some sacrifices made so I can try to do it all. This which might have made me crash so hard and now I am trying to get through it... years later.

With the detox I am beginning to become sharp and have a working memory, I can do more in a day than I couldn't in so long and I have begun dreaming again while also sleeping better. Just for record some of the effects are lightheadedness, weird feelings in and around my eyes, nausea, vomiting, extreme migraines and headaches, nervous feelings. I am not taking any xanax PRN(something that I would normally take if I was feeling theses symptoms, but I am trying not to rely on xanax for anything anymore. Right now I am feeling OK so I am hoping that this feeling will stay with me through the day and into the night.

I am watching Donnie Darko it's bringing up some odd feelings. I have to take the Oliver out before he does something to the carpet...

Goodnight moon.
