Today went to a volunteer lunch at the museum. It was so great. I had steak and mashed potatoes and an open bar and Suffolk. Oh my gosh this was something so great to do for their volunteers, some of who have been there for over 40 years. I hope to be apart of something like that for a huge duration of time. If I get into politics I would hope that I could give in time when I am in a career. It makes me happy to be there, and with all of those other people who give their time to simply "give back" to their community. The museum is a nonprofit organization and I could use it as my project for social justice, but I don't want to. The museum is something for me, something no one can touch but me. This is something that has not been duplicated by anyone but me and I hope they wont. 
 
i dont want to speak too soon but things are going better at home with Chi. We're getting along a bit better and home life is somewhat smoother. I am going to a nonprofit meeting tonight for prax(us) and hope to get an internship there.
