This IOP is so exhausting, sorry for not writing. It is really refreshing to be around people that understand my situation and it is giving me help at the same time. 5 days a week and almost all day I am in group sessions, with people that I have found are good friends already. However, at the end of the day I am so tired and have so much work to do.I resigned Student Government yesterday. I am no longer the President. I am now focusing all of my attention on my heath and well-being. My sanity was on the line while being there. But, for some reason I don't feel relief from my resignation. I guess it might be because I have to still run one more meeting. Tomorrow after IOP I am going to see my personal psychiatrist, Dr. Davis, about what my IOP psychiatrist has suggested as a new remedy of things. Dr. Tank, my IOP psychiatrist  thinks that I may have Bipolar I instead of Bipolar II, which I was diagnosed with by my hospital and Dr. Davis. So now I am nervous about changing certain things... mostly medication, but changing the diagnosis in itself scares me too.My councilor in the IOP is very abrasive and demanding. This, in the end, will help me I believe. However, now I don't like the attitude he uses towards me.  This weekend my assignment is to make a collage of my self and everything that I like, everything that defines me. I am supposed to find myself. We believe that somewhere in life I have lost myself.  Well until next time...
