Today was a good day. I went to the Zoo with Melissa and her sister and her little sister's friend. We were there for about 4-5 hours walking around with so many people because it was the free zoo day. I was so anxious in the parking lot because there was no parking. So I had to take a Xanax and that made things a little easier. I had to park down in the city park, which is quite the trek from the Zoo. Being with a friend was nice though. I love being able to get out of the house and talk to someone different. I was so anxious in the Zoo because there were so many people. People were rubbing against me and running into me and touching me and that's when I began to panic.  I hate it when strangers touch me and I even hate it when people I know touch me, I am just sensitive to it. I guess it is a phobia of mine other touching me phobia. Then tonight I came home and my mom and I watched dateline and I did some homework.  I need to do a lot of my home work and complete these in-completes.
