Today was day two of my intensive out patient program. I think that I am really getting some good skills from it. It's also nice to be around people in a similar condition as me. I think that I will come out a much stronger person. I am thinking of quitting Student Government Association and dropping the one class that I am taking. However this would mean that I could not see my psychiatrist at the rate that I do. But I want to focus fully on this program and get the benefits I can out of it. I guess we are the ones that judge wether it is the right time to leave or not. I know that the first week must be an entire week there. I think that I want to do at least two full weeks before I begin to wind down.I have a councilor named Chad and he is an ass hole or a hard ass is you prefer. He has given us tasks to accomplish over the weekend.  I am supposed to reconnect with some friends and have some fun for myself. I know that I am still going to be depressed even when I leave Porter, but at least I will  have skills to deal with it.  Tonight I was supposed to go to a movie with a friend and she kinda ditched out on me. That kinda depressed me. I don't know why it hurts so much. I think that I was at meetings all day with her and i know that she can go to a movie. I just wish she would tell me that she does not want to go sooner than later. I saw Dr. Davis today and got some refills for Lithium and Xanax and wee talked for a short while about the IOP at Porter. I like her a lot. I had the first Executive  Council meeting this evening. It went extremely well and I look forward to doing it again, but that is where my anxiety about leaving SGA comes into play. We'll see how it goes this next week.
