omg

 cant take it much more i just need to sleep its just about to turn 20 to 2 and im wide awake for the third nite going i really dont no how much more i can take without sleep and it is also not helping my SI as i cant stay in my bedroom for long without thinking and wanting to cut ARRGGHHH!!!! i just dont know what to do
