Today, my anxiety got the best of me.  I obviously did not smoke, but I had to take more clonazepam  than usual.  I am not sure what happened today, but I just broke down crying for a couple of hours, then I laid down and took an hour nap.  Maybe that time of the month is coming.  I don't know.  The chantix messed up that cycle on me which is why i stopped taking it in the first place.
Well, felt a little better and made myself take the dog for our walk/jog.  We did pretty well and now dinner and my Monday night shows.
I hope tomorrow is better.
