Wow, the day is almost over........tomorrow will be hopefully a smoke free day, please let it be a smoke free day.  I want this to happen so badly.  I can't believe this day is almost over :(   I will pray very hard tonight that tomorrow I will have the will power to not light up a cigarette.  I don't know what else to write.............
