3 more sleeps!

It is not often that I mark my entries as Happy!  In fact this may be a first.
Cevyn arrives on Monday.   My fingers are crossed that the flights are not canceled or really late on Monday.
She called today and sounded as excited as me!  I told her that the turkey was bought.  Her first question was "Are you going to make turkey croquettes?"  I had to smile as that is the question I got from her mom.  Actually Lisa would say "You are going to make turkey croquettes,  Aren't you".  It was more a statement than a request.  That is the recipe in the cookbook.
It is a bit trivial but it made this dull, cold, snowy day a little better.
Lisa:  Your daughter is a marvel.  She has dyed her hair black.  I am glad she told me;  I wouldn't recognize her coming down the escalator at the airport!  Another Christmas without you helping with the turkey (okay, helping to eat the crispy bits!)  It helps to know that Cevyn will be with us.  I miss you always and love you forever, Mummy
