My right knee which I seem to have injured has been getting a bit worse,,,I am waiting on a cancelled or fill in appt. with my Primary,,,I could have gotten one last week but the knee seemed to be getting better and thought that I could hold off till my regular sched appt at the end of this month,,,no such luck,,,so I gotta wait till they call me back,,,long story and I think I already said how this happened,,,
went to the eye doctor today,,,no glocoma or cataract,,,just some adjustment needed for a new prescription caused by advanced stigmatism ,,(says that it comes with aging especially as I had it earllier on for years,,),,cost a bunch for new glasses,,,oh well,,,
Went to a meeting today but left a bit early due to my knee acting up,,and just wanted to get home and ice it down,,
Going to take it easy the next few days and try to stay off of my feet as much as possible or a lot less than I have in the past week...

I\'m so sorry for the knee injury getting worse. Yes, ice and rest and hopefully good medical treatment will provide a good outcome.
Yes, glasses are expensive and the eye issues as we age make more challenges -- painfully true. Great about no glaucoma or cataract.
Rest well and I hope all is better soon.

Here\'s hoping the knee starts to feel better. You\'d think that someone would figure out how to make glasses affordable. Wouldn\'t ya?
