2nd beta
2386!! So doubled in my book! I can't believe they aren't having me come in one more time for blood work but they're not. I'm a little disappointed. When I miscarried 2 years ago I did 3 betas. I guess it's a good sign that they feel like I'm progressing well. Ultrasound is scheduled for 9/26! Another 2 week wait!!! I seriously don't know how I will survive another 2 weeks. I will be 5 weeks tomorrow. My boobs are sore and definitely larger than they've ever been (even on progesterone) and I'm peeing frequently. So far those have been my only symptoms. I am very excited, grateful, and anxious as hell!! Please please let this be real.

Sounds super real to me! Congrats on an awesome 2nd beta number. When I was newly preggo I had to urinate way more frequently than usual (it was my only symptom for a while), so that's a great sign! With such high numbers, is your RE thinking twins?
That's so awesome- I am so relieved for you! I feel like I am living this experience again through you :) I can't believe they are making you wait 2 more weeks... I hope it passes quickly and that you are able to keep calm- I know how hard it can be!

Yay!! What a great second beta! I'm surprised they're not having you do a 3rd, but with such good high numbers, they probably don't see it as necessary. (I did 3 betas, but my initial one was only 42.) Waiting for the ultrasound is pretty nerve wracking, but you'll get through this! You are pregnant!! And don't worry if you're not feeling a ton of symptoms right away (although peeing frequently and sore boobs are definitely indicative of pregnancy). I never even got morning sickness, and my little one is perfectly healthy despite being born a month early. :)
Congrats again, and I hope these next two weeks go by quickly for you so you can see a heartbeat - or two!! :-)

Awesome 2nd beta number!!! This is so exciting! Hang in there until your ultrasound, the wait is so hard but the reward will be seeing a heartbeat!! Maybe even two heartbeats!!!!
