Well i moved to colorado and have been doing well fell better then i did in yuma it was just to hot for me so i moved in with my dauther ,and son in law and hear i am in a three story house and i use the stears and do fine just started out slow and now i can make it uo al the way boy i do feel good,going to snow today i like it .

Thank you so much, been so busy with the dr hear and geting all of my med strend out hear and yes i am doing a lot better ,i am down to a 148 now and loveing the moutains just so pretty up hear,just makes you want to get out doors i love it hear,And to i have a new love in my lifewitch makes it even better,once a gin thank you so much.
