So I'm back in Toronto, lost almost 70 pounds and turned 21. I should be happy. I should be enjoying my time, meeting people I should be out of the zone I was in for so long but for some reason I'm not. I'm not entirely the same as I used to be, but I'm not really that much better. I try to make sure I leave the apartment daily to at least take a 30 minute walk so that I don't lock my self in the apartment and fill myself with junk food and I keep hoping that if I go out even just to walk around, I somehow will meet someone, a friend a cute guy anything as long as it's someone I can talk to and hang out with.
I turned 21 a few days ago. I didn't really celebrate the way I planed. I wanted to really go out and have fun but that didn't happen. I slept over at a friend's house and when it turned 12 am she brought cake and sang happy birthday which was really sweet of her, but I was excited for a trip that we supposedly had planed and at the last minute they bailed on me. :( but at least this year someone got me a cake and sang happy birthday for me which I really appreciate considering the last two years I was alone in my apartment.
My weight loss is going well. I messed up a couple of times when it comes to my diet since I returned. I know I shouldn't have but I did and I wish I could take it back, but at least I'm back on track. No junk, no pop, and no fried food. Those have always been my weaknesses, but I tend to fight them. I'm close to reaching the first goal (190 lb) I only have 16 lb to go. It definitely hasn't been easy staying on the diet, even with the surgery. Food is a bad habit I picked up at an early age and for the past four months I've been trying to change that and I plan to continue to do so until I feel satisfied with my body.
