interesting
Coming out of a crash so am slowly recovering function. I always thought thouhg that there was a direct correlation between stress levels and physical function i.e. high levels of stress would precipitate a crash.
Stress level at work on a scale of 1-10 is now 20. New doc stressing me out because after very expensive consultation more than a week ago, she is doling feedback out in small bits , I have no concrete plan of action and I am having to followup with her multiple times. Add to that significant stress on the home front last week, I really thought I would be a vegetable the entire week.
Surprisingly, I continue to get stronger each day, I am able to think clearly and my recovery cycle seems to be going as usual, regardless of the stress.
Filign this away for future reference, it may be significant ...
PS : I managed to work Mon-Fri last week. Left early a couple of days but am happy because I had a couple of offsite meetings so was up and down more than usual, so overall I think I held up well.
