Thanksgiving

I did not attend the family gathering for Thanksgiving.  I am just not up for dealing with the negativity and subundertones of nastiness.  I can find hate and rejection in the streets.  I don't need a family for that.  I am making progress in my life.  I have no desire to be set back by them or to spend my time trying to figure out nonsense.
I had dinner with my daughter.  We had a pleasant evening.  We usually do not eat dinner together.
I worked the next day (my off day).  On Saturday I think I rotated from couch to couch falling asleep several times. I did not make it to church this morning.  I just did not feel like it. I completed some of the eating disorder therapy.  That helped me to establish some priorities and some consistent action steps to get me to where I want to be.
I did not work out at all. I did about 30 minutes on the stationary bike tonight. That is just enough to say that I got some movement in. My diet was not the best.  I am trying to get it back on track though.
I took down the fall decorations and started putting up the Christmas decorations.  Even though I did not work out like I usually do on the week ends  I usually go hard on the week end.  I did not go to church or anywhere else, for that matter.  I still feel that the week end was productive.
