Just started my 30 day PF . I was over thinking last night and i pulled 2 or 3 hairs :/ . I stopped hardly right away. I'm feeling really disappointed , and i can't stop thinking that i'm going to pull a lot once the new semester starts after 2 weeks. I wanted my 30 days pf to end in a good way but instead i feel down to earth .

think of every single hair you DIDNT pick!!!!! that in itself is a huge accomplishment!!!! 30 days PF is so impressive, and none of us are going to let 2 or 3 hairs stop you from feeling the pride and self worth you deserve to feel! the road will be bumpy, but you are determined and you have so much inner strength to keep going even if you falter along the way.
even being able to come to the forum and write about this particular disappointment shows how deep down you are so strong and can do this! if you werent as strong, you wouldnt have even believed that you were capable of overcoming it and you wouldnt have bothered coming here and writing about it and trying to find the means to end it. so you should only be really impressed by your journey
