I'm now 2 and a half day pull free.
Yesterday was my 2nd day and it was Eid Al Fiter (an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan -the holy month of fasting)
I was so stressed as family members and friends visit us to celebrate the Eid together . Lucky me they decided to celebrate it outdoors at the beach and since i have been wearing a head scarf way before trich started , it was a normal thing to cover my hair without anyone questioning me.
I woke up around 4 am today and i started studying , i found another new way to keep my hands busy away from my hair . I cut some tissues into small pieces and kept rolling them into small balls

Way to go ! Congrats on being pull free for 3 days now. You have a lot of patience to cut up those tissues. Good idea - anything that helps us not pull is good.
