So I called the doctor today and we got set-up for our sono and labs for Friday. So we are gathering it all up to start all over. Fingers crossed and lots of prayers that this will be the month. Tonight as I was thinking about the rest of the week and my nephew coming to stay on Friday my mother calls and tells me that my great uncle pasted away. My aunt passed away 2 years ago and she was his care taker. They never had any children due to her having to have a hysterectomy right after they got married. So they always took all nieces and nephews in as their own. They were old when I was born but we loved to go to their 1 bedroom house and stay the night on the hide-a-bed!! Went was a surprise when she passed as she was fairly healthy. No one honestly thought that he would make it long without her. He didn't know anyone and just didn't remember anymore. So sad since they always remembered everything and had the best stories. He was 98 and stuck in his ways but was such a big part of my life for so long. I would just love for our children to have great aunts and uncles like we did that impacted us so much. They came to all of our home ballgame and just loved to watch us grow up!! Oh they are so missed!! Holidays are not the same either!! Always went there for halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! Smallest house in the whole family but best food you have ever ate!! Fourth of July with homemade ice cream!! So sad!!! Sure do miss the old days!!!!
