DDD

I received my MRI results a few days ago. As it turns out my shoulder is now healed from the car accident, however, Degenerative Disk Disease had been discovered. I didn't realize my doctor had ordered more than one test for the MRI. I thought it was only for my shoulder yet she also had my neck and uppermost part of my spine done. With my chiari and all I have been experiencing excruciating pain in my upper back. The feeling of some vertebrae being crushed and wanting to pop right out of placement. No one could figure it out til now. It explains a whole lot. The first time I heard of DDD I thought it was arthritis. After doing some research it is altogether different and in most cases is accompanied by arthritis. Now I just have to await calls from the specialists offices in order to find a course of action to be taken so I can live a less painful life.
