I read somewhere that for some people weight is directly related to self worth.  The lower your self worth the more you weigh.  Needless to say (then why say it?) my self worth is ZERO!  Hence my weight gain.  I don't feel comfortable in my clothes, in public, HATE looking in the mirror.  I try smelling good because that is sometimes helpful but when no one notices, what's the point?  Having a good hair day always helps but there was just one day in months that that has happened.  Rejection is a terrible form of "punishment" for wrongs that I didn't know I did.  Trying to kiss my husband and having him just have this look on his face and turning his head to avoid me (I make sure I have fresh clean breath also)...it changes who I am.  Not for the better either.  How do I improve my self-esteem?  Why is it so contingent for my worthiness be based on someone else?  Why don't I have it inside of me to build my self up and start feeling good about my self and dropping this blasted weight?  If it weren't for my kids I don't know what I would do.....I am wasting away (inside-you wouldn't know it from my outside), growing old before my time.  I am a very sexual person and that part of me is being quashed.   ARGHHHHHH-WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!!

there is NOTHING wrong with you , if we all looked the same it would be a very boring world . the problem is we all look at the perfect women on tv who are tiny and have perfect figures and then we look at ourselves and feel depressed that we don\'t measure up .but we need to stop and think most of those women have had face lifts , boob jobs and they have people to put their makeup on perfectly . i would like to lose weight to but i am beginning to understand that as long as i am healthy that is all that matters .as far as your weight that shouldn\'t have any effect on your sex life , from what you have said i think its your husband who has the problems , not you .you are a very pretty woman and you need to start seeing yourself that way and stop thinking that you are unworthy of love . xoxoxoxoxxoxoxoxoxxoxo love you sweetie.

There is nothing wrong with you...
Maybe make small weight loss goals and then you can feel good about yourself....
Maybe hubby is in his own world of low self esteem... don\'t let him get you down....
have you tried talking with him????

You are a worthy person...
You will lose the weight....
Do baby steps on weight loss and congradulate yourself when you make your goal ---
eventually it will make you feel bettter too....

I am talking from expierence..... So I hope this helps....

Hugs and much love..... you are appreciated and cared about.....
