I was in McDonalds the other day eating lunch with the kids {which is rare that I even go into the place-I usally go through the drive thru} and it being that school just let out there was a few kids in there.  We were sitting in a booth and in the next booth 4 young boys {13, 14, maybe} were just sitting there.  One of them whistled REALLY loud and the manger who was interviewing people told him to not do that again.  He got mr. smart mouth and said "I only did it the one time".  Manager said not to do it again.  He could have said "Sorry-it won't happen again" and that would have been the end of it.  But instead the four of them started bad mouthing the manager calling him names-saying who does he think he is?  He "just works at McDonalds" and I spoke up and told them to respect their elders and to act their age and just be quiet.   They were still acting up and the manager was telling them that if they don't quite down they will have to leave and they were saying things like I wonder what his problem is? and I couldn't leave that alone either-I said his problem is you all and I was eating a burger and was talking with my mouth full and they were saying smart ass remarks about that.  Nothing about what was really going on.  I gathered up my remaining food, trash and the such and told the kids to come on we are getting out of here.  The manager went behind the counter and told his workers that if the kids did not order anything to tell them to leave.  He then came to the door and apologized to me but it wasn't him or his fault.  I was SO UPSET!  I don't know why I let some young punks get me feeling like that.  That is so not like me, to be confrontational.  My little girl said that I embaressed her in there...haha
