Blissfully uneventful.  Finally got a new water heater installed.  Had to keep pushing the issue.  There is one teeny tiny leak.  After having to boil water for over two months it feels strange not to.  No more doing all the dishes by hand.  Looked in the mirror and realized that I am really really fat.  Need motivation to do something about that.  I bought myself a really nice bathing suit but am to self consious to wear it.  What is the push I need to lose about 40 pounds?  I do not like going outside in the hot summer weather.  I get bit by every bug and get rashes very  easily.  I have one now-little dots all over my upper torso and face.  They don't really itch.   Well, I am at a loss for words......will try to make more of an effort to write in my journal.  Maybe a food dairy?  If I see all it written out.....tomatoe and cucumber with mayo on white bread-YUM!!!  I could eat them all day long.   Spell check would be nice, please excuse my misspelled words.........

Feeling fat starts from the inside, happy for the water heater. Check my journal, lots of crazy very depressing things occuring. ediets.com free food diary. I just lost 7 pounds from stress, time to jump on that train. I still think you are beautiful. I read a fact that women who THINK they are fat limit their life\'s experiences, but if we never leave the house, we cant burn the calories, what sense does that make? Try to eat several small meals, lots of veges/half your plate, limit the calories, maybe 300 calories per meal, 5 meals a day and dont snack after 6....watch out for empty calories like fruit juice, soda, and drink water, I know I have been doing diet coke, it helps. Im limiting my portion size.
Size 14 is better than where I was.
Some nice angus steak burgers might help you gain muscle...LOL.....

I know what I am supposed to do....why don\'t I do it? The water here taste TERRIBLE so I have been reduced to drinking soda. If they were not in the house I coudn\'t drink them however someone else {cough, cough} brings them in. My arm however doesn\'t get twisted to drink them....
