This will be a short and bitter journal entry-I SUCK! I am feeling sorry for myself and would love to have some kind of pill, Zanxex, Valium, what ever and I know that they are not spelled correctly......
its awful to feel that way , i had those feelings last week and i cried for a few days and i felt better . sometimes i feel sorry for myself and feel depressed and i don\'t even know why most of the time . do you know what helps me ? i like classic rock music , i can turn that on and turn up the volumn and it makes me feel better . hope you feel better . love you xoxoxxoxoxoxx
