Winter is here and along with it comes my oldest most hated friends....depression and pain.

I can sympathize with you my friend. These cold and damp months, in my neck of the woods, can certainly be a challenge. Mentally and physically. I could have it a lot worse. That is what we\'re here for, to listen and truly understand how each other feels. I hope the sun may shine through your eyes always.
