Tough Day
I thought I was doing so good. No tears for the last two weeks. I had sad moments but I would get busy doing something and forget the moment. I even had a few good laughs at work with my friends. This morning I went to see my Doctor and she asked how I was doing. I honestly answered ,"not too bad, think I will make it". Later this afternoon it hit me. The tears started and having trouble stopping them. I miss Ron so much! I wish he were here. But he isn't coming back and the tears start again. All it took was throwing out some scrap papers that he was saving. They are no use to me and makes no sense to keep them. But it hurt and wonder if I should keep them but they are only flyers that you get in the mail. Guess he thought he would save them and read them later. I will never know. Two months exactly today.

We started this journey at the exact same day. I have good and bad days. In good days, I function normally, of course still with sadness, but I largely can do what my work requires and accomplish them. In bad days, I am packed with intense sadness and pain with tears that come at some very interesting times (after a meeting when people left, in midst of eating dinner, in subway tunnels when phone rings etc.). When these happen, I let tears flow and pain waves pass through me. Just knowing the pain will pass should help. Gentle with ourselves. Grieve is endurance and hope. Hugs from Hong Kong. Tiger
Thank you Tiger. You understand completely. You are right. The pain will pass. Sometimes I have no hope but that will pass. Thank you again
