Spring time is happening. I have windows open and it will be 60 degrees. 7 days ago it was snowing. Love the change. Red wing black birds are calling outside. I live near a huge pond and of course it has fish, toads, whatever. I am not sure what these birds eat but have noticed they are one of our areas early birds during spring. And we get warmer weather thereafter. We have robins too. I have been walking as planned. I am not connected to the idea yet but hope it becomes a habit by just doing it for a while. I watched the biggest loser the other day. It looks really tough to work out like this and I wonder if I am being easy on myself because of health issues. I don't mean to use it as an excuse and am not sure how to evaluate what level of exertion to expect from myself. There are big things to consider in my work out. Like that I take a beta blocker and my heartrate stays lower than suggested 2X resting (during workout) no matter how hard I exert. It is suppose to stay this way... so I have always adjusted for this by walking longer (more time). Are there alternatives?? How does one find out? Anyone have ideas or information here?? Happy Spring soon~Cheers
