..OK..feet are being nice to me today. I guess the advise about breaking the pain cycle works with me. I have been using tramadol and once there is relief cut it back. Not sure tylonol helps in the same way but it is the only other choice that does not kill my guts. I sure know that losing 100 pounds would be the ultimate solution. For now, I am going for the next five pounds. I am a little disappointed that the last 8 weeks were not spent on walking on the treadmill. I wanted to go on a Spring hike to see the Bald Eagles. It is a 7 miles tromp in the woods. 3 miles on pavement kills me. Mostly the wiery over exerted feeling in my hands and chest. I know this is not good for me and that my body needs to get into shape from point A and work toward Z. Not start in the middle and hope to make it. I still do not quite have a grasp on how to make exercise part of my routine. I have routine other things...so it seems reasonable to add one more idea?? Especially since the treadmill is in the livingroom?? It is hold ironing at the moment. Is that a crock or what!!Anyone with advise to overcome non-exercise break point??
