Hey World!! My Mom use to say this when she opened the curtains in the morning or a window. It was a way of saying hello and good morning I guess. Knowing her, she is still doing this...(will ask her infact).Working and more working is going on with me. Just coming back from layoffs and over this time had med changes. They are helping in some ways. Not toward getting up and moving more. That just comes from being afraid of what may happen in the very near future if I do not. It is hard to do. Simple idea to walk 30 minutes, hard to start or keep with the routine. My new puppies are helping me get up and go out 20-30 times a day. Sounds like a lot, but easier to do this than clean up...well...you know!! And bending over or cleaning spots on the carpet..oh well...rather get up countlessly if you can relate!!Hope people are doing well so far this year. I think of you and it is great having the emails.
