I made a decision to smile yesterday when my mind began to wander (toward stressful thoughts). It was odd at first but after a couple tries it put me in really big touch with my facial muscles. I was tired after a few hours of this. However, my face felt so much more relaxed when I got up this a.m. I slept well too. Today, I will try the banana recipe one of my DS pals suggested. Will also try a batch persimmons pudding without additives. Or add a tad honey to help the wheat flour(can be bitter). I was thinking about another DS friend who said something so encouraging a few weeks ago re anger management (and etc). What I got from it is that it takes practice to handle things differently. Practice. So, I am trying to be more pro-active toward myself and others and reducing my reactive habits. It is better. And I SOOO apprecialte those kind words some days ago when frustration really took me off my mark. Thank you. To all of you beautiful people. Big Hug!!I love the days that seem so; Peaceful Cheers~

Sometimes we think everyone else knows what we know but not everyone can know everything that there is to know.
Several times I\'ve posted this in various places so I don\'t know who\'s seen it but here we go:
If you always do what you\'ve always done, you\'ll always get what you\'ve always got. I saw that on a calendar years ago and when I\'m trying to solve a problem I think of that, or try to.
Sounds like you are doing that too by smiling. Good for you.
Bananas are a good source for potassium. When someone is trying to loose weight they might not get all the proper nutrition so it\'s good for that too. Well, I\'d better get off soon. It\'s lightening too and the computer already went off once just now. I had to rewrite what I said here and of course it didn\'t come out as good the 2nd time. LOL.
But good luck. Keep smiling. So your enemies won\'t know what you are thinking.
Peaceful....... yup, every new thing we learn takes practice till we get better at it! What comes to mind for me? when we first learn to drive a car! How at first it seems like a BIG deal and then it becomes almost like second nature. ANyway, hope you have more serenity & smile smile, lol...:) ouch! my facial muscles! hugs, Jess
