I am here. Just to dash through and say things have been on overtime. I get home and sleep after work and on days off have to work around the place. Cars too. I was exhausted with getting one of my old cars going. Flat tires and etc... but I just decided to go that route (get it going) rather than buy something else. So far, only 300 bucks is making it get to work and back. Not bad....for now!Like a lot of the country we have had NO rain. It is tough to watch the farmers I know struggle. Most have 25% of what they typically yield. Wonder how this fits into Biofuel. I suppose they water the fields. And some folks can get a little relief from the government. The rest have just stretched. Wonder about winter. A cold snap would be hard on everyone. Looking forward to picking persimmons and making sugar-free treats with it. I love these things!! And once again...yeah to Splenda. Hugs to all

Have you thought of making a bannana shake for example. Then you don\'t have to use any sugar. Put a bannana or two in a blender, some milk (And ice if you like.), I use soy milk, and then whatever you want. Other fruit, flavorings, nuts, etc. I put some powdered chocolate, it may not taste like a malted milk from an ice cream store but it\'s sweet and tasty in other ways. AND more healthy! Aren\'t persimmons sweet enough like bananas that they don\'t need sweenter? The ones I eat are! Just wondering.
Hi,..... maybe i need to make myself one of these bananna shakes! I get so lazyyyyyy!! Im the only one in our house who has to watch my carbs & sugars etc (diabetes2) so I tend to make eazyyyy easy stuff for myself. no real effort!:) Persimmons? i dont think i like them! They are pretty though!:) Take care, Jess
