The good news!!Done with training on the new job. Now, for the work for real and get into a grove of my hours. They are way different and days too than the training portion. I am glad not to be in school this semester though. I can see how much the past years of education have given to me. I also see that it is time for a break and mix of different people. Oh...the best part of good news. My guts are taking the stress. I made it to a safe zone in my eating and stress load ratio. Many think I mean over-eating because of my weight (over). If this were ever an issue, it occured when I was loaded...and that behavior has been null for more than 13 years. So, the point is that eating what my body can handle from a cross-list of suggested foods for diabetics andd people with IBS is working out for me. I am less anxious, the IBS is so quiet it is bizzare (shh dont ruin a good thing) and weight loss is occurring around 5 pounds a month...without really working out or starving. So, I must be doing something right. I hope others are doing well too. It takes a lot to keep adjusting to life but that flexibility is really a key part of managing so many parts of life.Enjoy your weekend people. Cheers~
