I messed up. And I am so sick today. Because of eating a corn dog. I had a really bad night in the bathroom and now pain under my right ribs. It is Sunday so will see a DR tomorrow. A nurse friend told me to get some blood work and tell the DR so they can watch the gall bladder. I just can not take high fats, know this, and did it anyway. I am dissappointed. After making a plan NOT to eat junk at the Fair. Perhaps going to the fair was just too soon.My situation is like a smoker with a lung infection. Told not to smoke and they go to a bar. They smoke and wonder why.Glad it wasn;t smoke or booze. That promise is 13 years and counting strong(not to partake).I will be ok soon. Just a little frustrated for now. Cheers for a better day
