Getting ready for the 4th. Our town has it the 3rd so people are not at the fire works until midnight. Sleep is our local governments priority!!Hot weather is coming our way.  I never look forward to it. My sister made a swim date with me so this will be ok. It is nice to be able to make plans like this. I had so much trouble with IBS-D this year. Finally, I have some space from having to rush to a toilet. Hope others are doing well. Cheers for a good day
