There use to be an ad for alkyselser that said "I can't believe I ate the whole thing." My ad would say: " I can't believe I ate that at all!"By now, I know where soft serve ice cream will lead me. Cramps and rush to thebathroom. Why did I even make this choice?  After so many weeks of eating right and not having this issue. Back in the saddle again for this gal. Gonna keep at a slow walk and hope to avoid the "trots" (LOL...pun very intended)Cheers
