I saw a Doe and probably a week old fawn today. The baby had its spots still. They were so quiet and sweet together. Made me thankful to live where I do. The weather is giving us a break from really hot weather or rain. It is a time to be outside and get ahead of things in the garden. I am so out of shape and the past month was really hard on my guts. I had the "runs" almost non-stop. Finally, some yogurt and fiber plus a few trials of cutting out foods brought me out of it. Things have been pretty well for a week. Got to have this part in check to move onto better health and condition.Wimbledon comes along soon. I love to watch for some reason. A wanna be for sure. Never had the legs for this even when thinner. Anyway, I plan to watch my tennis and walk that treadmill. I moved it into the TV room. When I am not watching TV I can get the oldies music on TV otherwise. Works for me. Cheers!!

Music, that always works for me! : )
Start off slow or you mught give up too soon, thinking it\'s too difficult. And don\'t give up if you don\'t see a change soon enough. If you keep up doing it and a bit more each day or week and don\'t cheat, you\'ll get to your goal. Good luck.
Did you have your camera when you saw the Doe? Hope so, or maybe next time.
