I am stressed out. Gonna do my walking and hope this gives me some relief.
Could not sleep most of the night. I awakened worrying...and it was then that I knew what was bothering me. Had no idea before. Not a clue.

Stress is a wierd mix: add what you know is bothersome to what you have not figured out. Water frequently LOL

i am convinced, after many a long night, that nighttime is when things come to the surface, and loom over us. For me, it is usually stuff i cannot do a thing about, but really wish i could, or something in the past i wish i could change, that would make something now different. i hope that the rest of today is much better for you... hugs :)

But what did you realize was bothering you, if you can say. Or did I miss something?
Whatever it is, thinking through possible stories that could happen if something happens or doesn\'t, sometimes that helps the tension calm down.
