hey, im ashley 5\'10\'\' i used to be 190, and i got down to 113. that was enough to scare everyone in my family, but i still thought i was fat, and still do, when i was 15-17, i was anorexic, and when i was hospitalized, it turned into bulimia, and that was 1000x worse because then you dont get the gratification of being thin. you just have an eating disorder and are a normal weight. im 125-130 depending on the day now. and i have been throwing up more and more every year. im 21 now, and i just started not throwing up 3 days ago. i lived on my own most of these years, but my eating disorder has been creeping up in every aspect of my life. drugs, alcohol, cutting, you name it, ive tried it, anything to hurt and take my mind of of my addiction to an eating disorder so that it was always in the background. w/e you do, im begging you not to think its okay to vomit. once you start, its harder to quit than not eating. just try writing out a meal plan, and if you get hungry have approved snacks. make sure your MEALS equal enough calories to keep your weight up, as much as we hate to hear it, thats what we need. think of food as medecine.

it\'s a disease, and that\'s a fact. a severe and fatal disease if you don\'t get help. i am one to talk, and i should take my own advice.
