I really enjoyed having my sister and her family visit from Canada. I didn't realize how much a mood booster it would be to have family with me. I also had a really big breakthrough the night before last........I actually went to the grocery store! Yay! After having been so afraid to go into that big store, I got up my nerve and went. I prayed before I went in and I do believe that The Lord answered my prayers. I went late like my psychologist had suggested and also, as I knew would be better, because it wouldn't be as busy. No more fast food everyday for me! Don't know how long my happy streak will keep running, but I'm happy with it right now. I haven't been on DS because of my family visiting. I'm so glad that once I'm able to be on again that I actually have something good to report for the first time in a long time. Now that I've won the grocery store struggle, I have another hurdle to cross. My doctor has moved to Rome, Georgia which is about 35-45 minutes from Cartersville. I have an appointment with him on Monday. I really want to win this one.
