Thank The Lord I'm feeling better! The depression has lifted! I am really struggling with the OCD right now, though. I am so Obsessive Compulsive that it makes anything I do a real struggle. I just repeat things, count and touch things over and over! It's really no fun! I have thought about going to the Phsycologist that my doctor (phsyciatrist) recommended. Maybe some talk therapy can help. I have a sister who suffers from OCD, although, not as bad as I do. One day, we were on the phone, and she said "Don't you hate it when you can't get out of a room? Sometimes, you just have to walk away." Walking away from the OCD movements is very hard for me, though. I try, but I keep going back. I hope that one day, I will no longer have this OCD. Even typing on the computer, like right now, is hard for me. It's like I just have to get it perfect. I type, delete, and retype. If there's anyone who reads this journal entry, who understands what I'm going through with this OCD, please send me a message, and tell me about it. I'd love to know if any of the people on this site have some tips for dealing with the OCD. Many people on this site suffer from depression, anxiety and panic attacks, and some with OCD. I'd love to have input from more people who have OCD. I can still always use advice for depression and anxiety, too. I am just really struggling with the OCD right now.
