Yesterday was a bad day. I went over to my aunt Veras house. I had been promising her that I'd come to see her. I had kept putting it off, so I made myself go yesterday. She wanted to go out and eat, and I felt the anxiety on. I got so scared and finally told her that I wanted to just go pick something up to eat and bring it back to her house to eat. Then, as we were on our way to her car, I felt like I just couldn't make it. I told her that I had to leave. She said "I'll just go into town and get our food and bring it back". I waited at her house while she was gone. I was crying and called my sister. I felt so bad. I feel like they are getting worse. It has become harder and harder to go out. It really frustrates me because I had been doing so much better. I have gone through times in my life when I didn't seem to have them at all. I am so sad. I have been feeling teary eyed all day long. I just want to get better. I just want The Lord to heal me of this depression, anxiety and OCD.

I\'ve had good times with my panic, and bad times. Sometimes I feel \"noemal.\" Other times, I just can\'t do anything. I feel the derealization coming on. I had a huge panic attack in the shower. What a way to start my day. Sounds like you\'re really trying to beat your anxiety. You\'re getting out of the house. I know how hard it can be! I\'m lucky, my dad is my phobic partner. That\'s what my doctor calls him. I trust and feel comfortable with him. I do a lot of praying too. My prayers are answered for that day. I take it one day at a time. Anytime you want to chat with me, go for it! I would love to chat with you! Take care of yourself my friend!!
