I spent several days last week playing phone tag with the neuro psych to discuss a new preventative for the migraines. We finally connected on Friday and he suggested we give the Cymbalta a few more days at the new dose and see what happens. We'll reconnect this Thursday to discuss. The good news is that the migraines have backed off quite a bit and, gasp, I had a seriously low fog day yesterday! I was able to do my actual work in the office and I managed to research five different biographical papers I have to write for my next class. It looks like this level of Cymbalta is doing way more for me than the lower dose. Here's hoping it's a trend and not a fluke. :) I'm still dealing with plenty of fatigue, but it's so nice to be able to think clearly for the most part.

I really hope the Cymbalta will help. I know how hard it is to have chronic migraines. I had them when I was working as a sub at the high school and they were horrible. You have all of my empathy and my prayers. Love you.
That\'s so great! I\'m putting all my Wish Energy (very potent stuff!) into this being a trend and not a fluke. :D
That sounds like great news! Any help must be a welcome relief. I do like to think clearly - it used to be a habit with me before I got sick. LOL. Hopefully you\'ll have more days of low fog and clear thinking, soon.
