Wow

Well, I definitely got a good start to my week. But about 2pm today I could feel that good feeling wearing off. I'm tired and sore again. Now I have to make sure I get my sleep tonight. Maybe not driving to lunch tomorrow will help me keep my energy. I keep tuna and soup in my desk drawer, so I might go that route for lunch and not leave the building. Every ounce of energy I can preserve is good.
I'd say at this point that I'm ending this day at about a 6 on the exhaustion scale. I was able to attend my Bible study without feeling overtaxed. No more night events until Thursday and that one is not optional (health consultation). Too bad they won't do that during the day!

You\'re on the right track, Jenna! Preserve every bit of your juice for yourself! Staying in to eat lunch is a great idea, as driving is mentally taxing as well as physically so.
If there is somewhere that you can have a few minutes of quiet for a micro-nap when you feel yourself fading, that might do you wonders. But I don\'t if there is such. most workplaces are all business. Maybe in your car on your break? Set an alarm on your phone so you don\'t fall asleep and stay there.
I\'d really like to see you ending your day at 5 or below on the exhaustion scale. Ending at 6 so often is really overtaxing yourself, IMHO
Sending you Love and Light, dear one,
Jack
