HELLO EVERYONE, IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I WROTE A JOURNAL BUT I AM TONIGHT. LOL! I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT WILL BE ABOUT BUT WE'LL SEE AS WE GO ALONG. FIRSTI OF ALL WE LIVE ABOUT 20 MILES FROM SYRACUSE, NEW YORK. GUESS WHAT! THE PRESIDENT IS COMING THERE ON THURSDAY. THAT IS THE LAST PLACE I WANT TO BE ON THURSDAY. NOT KNOWING WHAT TIME HE IS GOING TO BE THERE IS NOT FUN. MY HUSBAND HAS TWO APPOINTMENTS WITH THE VA ON THURSDAY. THEY'RE IN TWO DIFFERENT BUILDINGS AND THEY'RE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF SYRACUSE. HE'S SUPPOSED TO GIVE A SPEECH AT HENNINGER HIGH SCHOOL. THAT'S THE SCHOOL I GRADUATED FROM 46 YEARS AGO. THAT'S WHEN THE SCHOOL WAS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD. (TO BE CONTINUED)!

I have jury duty tomorrow, wish me luck. Also it\'s our grandson\'s 3rd birthday already!

The dreaded traffic when are they going to come up with a better form of transportation than cars on overloaded roads.

exciting and very annoying at the same time. the traffic will be awful, I hope you get to the apt ok, maybe leave earlier then normal. my son lives in Syracuse for the past 3 years.

The last two times the President came here I wasn\'t in the traffic - I was in the audience :) Hope you don\'t get too delayed - they usually do a good job of planning these events but I guess it depends on the venue, the available parking, and other variables.
