Hi, everyone-
I was glad to find this website. I lost my mother suddenly 6 weeks ago. She was only 59. 2 months before that I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, so I am now trying to manage that along with the grief. Some days you're the bug; other days you're the windshield. Today I am definitely the bug! I miss my mother terribly and am haunted by the images that took root in my head the day she died (I know someone else posted something on those damn images as well). Because she died so suddenly, my Dad, sister and I were left with so many questions and a sense of so much being unresolved.
I would appreciate any advice or comfort anyone may have to give. I am hoping that, in time, I will have worked through a lot of these emotions and can come out on the other side of things, ready to give to others in this situation.
I wish all of you strength for whatever difficulties beset you and recognition for the good things in your lives.
Peace,
Kate
