Not doing good at all today. Started taking the iron pills for anemia and I feel so out of breath and my stomach is just killing me. The pain has been awful. Can;t even eat without feeling bloadted and so tired. I wonder if the side effects will go away, it has only been 3 days. The B shots seem to hel as well as my B vitamins but teh iron is so awful Missing my daughter so much, and missing my huband while he does time on the weekends. I can;t stand the depression when it kicks in full gear. Today I feel like just giving up.I feel so hopeless. I just can;t stand the way I feel.

Good morning girlie!! Just read your journal entry. I am so sorry to hear the iron pills are upseting you stomach. What kind are you on? I still take iron pills from time to time when my iron levels drop. My doctor told me the best one to take, is Palaffer. Im not sure if they have them in the US. There is one with folic acid in it combined. It helps. It doesn\'t cause any cramping, pain etc. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. I hope that helps.
Missing you daughter can not be explainable. I am always willing to listening and give my support. Always write down good memories, thoughts , make a picture book. I did this when I lost my dad suddenly. I still grieve nearly 9 yrs later.
