What now?

Is my Lyme coming back or is it something else?I have been symptom free since 2007 except a short bout when I got a tattoo and started having symptoms, but it only lasted a few days. I'm having these weird grinding crampy things in my jaw and sweats and night fevers and twitches and the lower body is useless! whats happening to me?
