seems that specialist are few and far between in this field, so I am looking country wide and have found one in New York near a dear friend with a vaccum obsession and if this doc excepts me (she also takes my insurance...yeah!) I will head my vehicular object east, pick up the cook (he he kat) and head for the lonnnnng island to meet a gooooood doctor who, from what I hear from a reliable source has has a personalityectomy, but none the less is the chit when it comes to MS and Lyme disease. so I smile, let her treat me and flip her off when she's not looking...I can do this, I'll have back up. then my local infectious disease doctor, which I have like 50 to choose from, will do day to day and emergent treatment. sounds like a plan huh? now all I gotta do is get excepted by this Lyme goddess. and get in to see her before ...oh I dunno, I would usually say christmas, but that would be pushing it. there is always the possibility, she may look at my file and decide I need to be seen ASAP, or whenever she can fit me in. she may be impressed by the fact that I am willing to travel so far to see her highness and feel pity for me. so keep your fingers crossed, my eyes are crossed, I think this is an indication that sleep is near.

This sounds just the bees knees - I do hope you can get in to see her (she is a she, non?) asap! & having the friend living there is a great bonus. Guess you\'ll need to put up with the personality thing - (maybe she\'s an Aspie?) Do hope you get in quickly - y the way, how far do you have to travel? - I don\'t have a good sense of distance (unless I\'ve driven it). All the best with this one, JaneD.
